ok when i sprite swap i resized the image for it can fit on the char buttt when im done and i putt all of them on the char and
start to play with it the sprite show up but the sprite hit the other char can some one help plz

if you only rezised you also need to decrease the color depth; actually you need to do even more stuff to make decent sprite swapping, so i suggest you to check on some sff tutorials first.

ok thanks for the help but when i add the sprites it only shows but the pallet box and a little variation of the fireball illl take a pic of it

Give the new sprite the same palette as the rest of the sprites. If the colors of the fireball aren't in the palette, add them in. Then add the sprite with shared palette option.
Alternatively, put the new sprites at the end of the SFF and leave the first one of them without the shared palette option.

what do u mean by ^that and here's the hadoken macthing the palette when i put them to replace the regluer hadoken they dissaper agian help
