Auron's Mizuchi

I want to know how to adjust Mizuchi's AI level to Hard,
I have try to find the Statedef 3 which u can adjust the AI level but i could not find it,
Can some one help to adjust it,or maybe(maybe!)theres a patch for him.....

You're talking about Ahuron's Mizuchi right ?

I don't think he has any sort of AI, so yeah, he fights like a dumb...
I'm not aware of any sort of AI patch for him, but I'm not 100% sure.
