Is there anyway to make a sprite, specifically a projectile, slightly transparent? Is there something like "sprtransparency" or something similar where I can enter a value, or maybe a palette option? I'm working on a character who attacks with ghosts who help her, and rather than use Helpers, I'm making them Projectiles. However, they don't look like ghosts. I was using what I believe to be Hayato by Warusaki3, and his plasma sword has a transparency effect, so I was wondering if I could do the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

when u make the anim of the projectile, theres a space where u can enter a value for trans... A = transparent, A1 slightly transparent, S = Darker... its the same with the afterimage trans values (more or less)

i dont understand what space u are talking about, what value r u supposed to change

Cyanide

If you're using fighter factory, there is a box at the bottom with trans above or below it.

If you're looking at it in text format it's

group, image, x,y, time, flip, trans

If you don't plan on using flip, the comma must still be in place, for eg

0,1, 0,0, 5,, A

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.
