For me, it'd have to be Leopaldon.  It's so awesome to tell your friends about him, and not have them believe you until you show them.

Night Terror, Master Hand, Igniz (though I can never get past Original Zero), Geese and... Toshinden 3 bosses were actually quite nice.

I'm not too sure really. I sorta liked Inferno from SC2, but he was such a cliche boss. I liked Serious Mr Karate from SvC Chaos too, he was fun to fight.

And Shin Akuma. I've always loved fighting Shin Akuma.

What makes a good boss is how powerful it feels he is. KOF rocks at making bosses.

Igniz was a semigod - Goenitz practically destroyed a city - Orochi is TEH DEVIL.

Also, CVS Vega/Bison is how he was meant to be all along.

Yes, it happens to be a similar deal with normal/jacket DIO and powered up DIO.
I'm not fond of the powered up version...it lost some of the the style of the normal version.
