full game Classic Street Fighter II vs Fatal Fury Sp including Fighter's History

Here is the project I've been working on for a couple of months.I'd consider it about 95% 92% complete  ???.I'm posting it because I still need help to finish it.There is some bugs that I doesn't have the knowledge to fix.I'll be posting a list of the most important bugs to be corrected soon.



I made this project because I noticed most poeple are into actual games such has KOF and Capcom vs SNK 2 and I always dreamed of what would have been a kind of Capcom vs SNK in the nineties.Old school graphics are petty nice to me as I'm being very nostalgic.

A very special thanks to Falchion22,Masada,Rin&Bat,Adamskie,Zamtong and Lord Sinistro for their great work on their character.You are all the best creators I know.A special thanks too to Caddie for his work on the stages.Very nice job.

updated things to be fixed:
-When Fei Long is fighting,the stage music can't be played
-Laurence only has one pallette.The other pallettes created for him dont want to get applied.
-Yamada only has one pallette.The other created for him dont want to get applied.
-Fatal Fury characters from masa have a portrait added below their life bars.Need to remove them,or (even better) to use them instead of the normal display portrait beside the lifebars.
-need to remove e.honda's custom portrait when fighting and manage to only get his Hyper Fighting combat style.
-I would need street fighter's barrel bonus stage background.I don't think it's been made
-cheng's fireball turns into a clone of himself when nullified
-clown character has no sounds
-add sound when T.Hawk punch/kick,hit/get hit
-Ray disapears when he jump kicks
-Ray need a pallette fix on his second pal when he soulder bash
-Remove Geese's intro
-Most FH character's fireball don't nullify when in collision with another fireball.
-I don't want a hard punch hit when fireballs are nullified (especially in SF chars)
-Make the battle count for the entire game?
-All helpers removed (Samchay,Ryoko,Eddi,Abigail...)
-Make character's standing animation stops when in close (most FF chars do)
-Damage improvement for icon box portrait into fight (that a tough one!lol)
-Add foward and back step to every characters
-Get more endings!
-Add airguard for all characters!!!damned! :p
Well that's all I can think of right now.I think it's enough too cause my game is dropping down to 90% complete now!

Another good Idea I plan to do is to include the game in three versions since this game is centered around three games.One with a street fighter II screenpack (wich is the one you can get with the link above).One with the Fatal Fury Sp screenpack (wich I don't have and never found anywhere no matter how hard I looked for it!Rin&Bat seems to have one in his WIP section tough : http://rin-mugen.hp.infoseek.co.jp/Wip/main.html .I tried to contact him but where the hell am I supposed to click to send him an email? lol.And to finish the trio:a Fighter's History screenpack;wich I hardly doubt to have been made.

Do I really have to do so?Cause two of the creators that made characters I use for this project are japanese and I don't know how to contact them even on their website.
I just wish to have some help by poeple who think like me and love 90's old school graphics and believe in this project.

Truthfully someone asking or not or relying on themselves solely does give a good indication as to how much effort was made to have the game 'balanced' rather than a character mashup.

Well it's true,I did work hard on this.
I managed to find everything I need to put it all togheter and believe me it has been a really hard task.After that I had to do a lot of edits on most of the characters since a lot lot of them were not completed or in WIP form.I edited a lot of palettes and special moves.I didn't want to steal the characters.I just wanted to perfect them as much as I can so they'd be credible for my game.Why would I restart a whole character from scratch (well,if I'd know how lol) if a good job has already been done for it.And I think updating a WIP is a good thing.

The problem with old school char/stages/bgm is that,hell they're hard to find!Especially close to their real form from the game they belongs to.

What I didn't want to do is :
just put every fucking characters I could find even if the graphic style doesn't fit togheter.Make a whole mess mugen and then,I'd share my whole mugen!isn't that great?!Did you see the whole cast of character?!Hey man you can have nes megaman against samurai showdown hoamaru!
This is all just sarcastic but some do that ans this I wouldn't agree.
Doesn't looks like a real game on the end.

I do think this project is more serious and does make more sense.Same king of graphics style for all 3 games mixed up togheter.All characters has their respective stages and BGM.The game is well balanced (no fucking evil or god overly powerful characters).And NO characters twice.That's what I wanted to do.

Hope other poeple agree with me and believe in what I am doin' right now with this project.

Anyway, Simpliband, this "permision" thing is the only way they feel they can get credit for releasing stuff on the internet, but unfortunately for them, the logic.... umm, that attribution mechanism (lack of word) doesn't necessarily work.  It's like trying to control information once someone blabbed their mouth - damn near impossible.  And as you said, sometimes it's impossible to get to the author.  Whatever way you go about it is fine by my book though.

Well,I didn't want to be in such a debate.I don't really care about what's goin' on in the mugen community.
I only love classic fighting games and good old school graphics.
I only thought I had a good idea with this project and wanted to share it with everybody.
Since everything created for mugen is free to use and is not used by anybody to make money,there shouldn't be this attribution thing Sol Badguy Z was talking about.That's my opinion.
How many character packs can you find everywhere?There's plenty of it!And that's how I managed to get some really rare characters such has Mastaurius from FH.

god i cant just sit aside any longer, WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU! not only did you just admit that your stealing there creations but also that you merely did pallete swaps, and minor fixes to all of the characters.

sorry to say pal but thats just plan wrong. at least when i made a full game (collection) i included a full list of creators and creators sites in the ending credits for the game and a readme.
