Adding Dialogue

I didn't see any tutorials for add dialogue to certain character match ups. I also wanted to know if you could set up dialogue for characters you don't have yet or do you have to have them in order to put in the dialogue.

it depends, first things first, to add dialogue you need to code it in in your characters.
