fighter factory problems

in fighter factory when i go in there and i try to test a character  i go into the run in mugen icon in fighter factory and nothing happens? i dont know whats wrong. ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Have you actually told fighter factory WHERE mugen is? Use the spanner/screwdriver icon to define it.

i tried that it worked then it said

So your character has a problem now. You'll probably have to work out what that problem is.

Do not make use of fighter factory's template files.
