well, for starters you are going to use pixel techniques, i sugest you to read a few tutorials on pixeling at the topic i already posted. os, what do you want to do with that sprite? even paper sketches are useful to know

I was told her chest needed more detail so that much is needed I guess?

I'm using Graphics Gale right now but I'm not getting anywhere right now unfortunately....

I Think it's a matter of emphazing the out line o the jacket then transferring that onto her chest some how....

she's not the kind of chix to wear those boobs, medium sized would make her sexier, their position in warner's even make them more of a turnoff, especially when it's about a chick who is slim and doesn't have a butt and a face to go with...I like straight squizzed boobs which are firm and don't go in right and left directions respectively as if they were melting from a table-- it's difficult to go on describing what should and shouldn't be...I could add more about how warner meant to drive those boobs...but I gave enough idea

I'll agree with that especially since I had a feeling someone was going to do that......It maybe a sprite edit but her name is Kula Diamond not Kula Shiranui

I guess he used the ancient technic of making some dots of colors to give the impression (from the distance) of a determinated shape or form.
In other words . . . the only way we all know
