The main question is this, co-worker-chaps:

When you purchase something through the Pal, will the Pal automatically take money from your bank account to make the purchase, or do you have to add funds to the Pal first?

You can add a direct bank account or even a check/credit card.

You can make it so you have personal account with them and then add money into that.

Just depends on what you find easier to do.
