TITLE SCREEN


Seeing how many people are doing MVC3 packs, i could not go the same way, i had to do something different. This project is now called Vs. Marvel Universe. I took some comments and made more slots available. i will be posting new shots of the WIP as they are made, i am on vacation so it will go a little faster.

This is the new layout. The characters on the bottom are fully selectable but the top at the moment i had to flip the pictures simply for the layout, haven't had a chance to make these portraits yet.


I have to stop changing the select screen. at this rate ill never be finished. But every time i start something new i think it is better than the rest.

That Titlescreen border looks like the NDS logo.

Yeah, gotta do something about the title screen man. Way too simple. I actually like the logo though, and the idea of the exponent 3 and the tally marks in the back. The number 3 could be a bit larger, though. Possibly keep it on the right but extend it down so it's next to both the Marvel and the Capcom logos. You gotta do something about the blurry Jap text, too; looks really bad.

Other than that, that select screen is ridiculously smexy, especially the fire one. If you're looking for a way to make it work and not make the cursor go in between the boxes, give Kira a PM (Jesuszilla).

As everybody said, work a bit more on the title screen.

Select screen is indeed very sexy. One question though : how will the cursor be ? I bet it will somehow overlap the portraits which are on the next lines.

woosha yea i liked your idea and flew with it. alot of characters were not available so i had to make my own. i have made over 100 of them. cool style but like i said this screen is 2 weeks old and i have already changed the font and the order of some characters.

i guess VMU was not a good name considering Dream cast, didnt even think of that. So i am going to officially call it VSMU. thats better.
