yeah, i'm new to this.
so, i've got the first basic image in .bmp format.
i've got fighter factory, and photoshop cs3.
now, how do i create the .sff archive for the sprites so i can actually open it with FF?

As far as I know, Fighter Factory, as the name implies, is used to create characters, not stages. disregard that, I thought it was the same as that other one where you could only open a character's .def file.
If you want to make a stage, look up SPRMaker and its doc to create the SFF directly, or use MCM.
If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.

okay, where would i find that, i looked it up here, but the only link i found was to a dead site.
i also tried googling it.

Bastard Mami

fighter factory could be used to exclusively create the sff file.

bartre

okay, so how would i do that?
if i'm just stupid, you can always point me to a tut

Bastard Mami

Indeed, search for sff making tuts. about how to use fighter factory, just use the open and save options from the "sprites" menu

Hint : look for informations on how you need to use PCX files with a palette. Dig the help section and also the help section of the archive (top, under the banner, next to the "home" button)
Yeah, it's a little annoying to explain properly, and it has been explained thousands of time before, so you'll excuse us/me for being lazy about repeating those old explanations.
