Stage Problems

First of all, I am new to this Forum. Secondly, I am somewhat familiar with MUGEN. As for my problem, I am having trouble playing M-NES Stage 1. I have it loaded on MUGEN, yet all I am getting is a blue background and I cannot seem to get past the very beginning of the stage. I also need help with regular stages because I always get an error message that shuts down MUGEN. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Your first problem is very simple.

You see, in order to play through Stage-1 the way it's intended, not only do you have to play on that stage, but your opponent (Player 2) must be the character "m-nes" created by Bane84.

You see, the character is actually the platforms and the enemies.  The stage itself is just the cosmetic background, which happens to be all blue.  If you play on the stage, and fight a regular opponent... it will serve as a simple background.


Now as far as your second problem... let me know what the error message says so that we can be sure to fix whatever problem you have.  There are some error messages associated with stages.... but it's not too common.  Let's be sure it's the stages causing the crash, and not the characters.
