Long time problem

My current mugen consists of only 24 characters, 12 stages each w/ own bg music(mp3), and a fairly light weight screenpack.  Every time i play through arcade or survival my computer kicks me off with a message saying "error, memory could not be read".  I have done several things to try to fix this, (config file stuff, reducing shadows ect.) Can anyone tell me what i can do to prevent this from happening to me almost every time?

my best guess would be that your computer doesn't have enough free memory. try freeing up some memory on your main HD (if you have more than one drive), and if that doesn't work you may have to upgrade your RAM stick. but thats just what i think.

if wat he says doesnt work maybe ur mugen is hi res and ur computer cant play it happened to me, just download a low res mugen
