Help adding effects

I've been working with the explod code but I can't get it to work right. Can anyone help me out. I've trying to get an effect like Kei from Rikard.

I was trying to put those sparks that Kei get when at max power on another character.

I'm still doing some trail and error. I'll be posting it up so you can see what im talking about. Sorry I wasn't clear the first time.

How can I get the character to show through like it does on the hires goku character. Which is where I got the sprites for the aura.

I think what I need is for someone to show me how to add images and how to make them transparent.
