Hello im new to this site, and new to creating mugen characters, but im smart 8). I want to ask how to make  a character "ATTACKING WITH MOVING" like im holding "->" button and character is moving forward and also attacking in the same time, can somebody answer me? Thanks for answer!

well first of your question is ridiculous and uncomprehending.  
If you want to get started on creating character you don't just jump in, asking them attack. I recommend the MUGEN ultimate tutorials on youtube...then when your done that Use the Narututorials to get a better understanding. All of that assuming that you have already took at least one wiff of the MUGEN docs folder that should come with the MUGEN you downloaded.

also, i think Wooshq was either making a comment about him getting pms, or that's what he tried to do to try and learn. Not nonsense maybe sarcasm, i don't think its a good idea to come on a site insulting someones words when you're trying to get help with something, that there negates the part about you being smart.

so i was led to believe that you were a beginner.

make a state that has a velset that moves you forward while holding, the forward button, make an attack with physics=N so it won't stop velocity and boom there you go. Don't forget the change state in the command that takes you to the state to do this.

or better yet you can just add physics=N to your basics attacks and put a velset in the negative state that gives you velocity while holding a direction. that should do it. there are other ways; this way is basic.

Does somebody have code of that?, like i want to try to make big kfm (i know how to make characters bigger), and to test i want to make him walking forward and attacking in the same time, just like giant monsters.

Not that we'd give you. If we give you code. Next time you want to make something you ask us to give you more code. Eventually we're coding characters for you and you're just pasting our work onto a sprite set.

As such. You'll have to take in what rajaa said and apply it to your work. Mugen is well documented for common use and you should have no problems with creating an attack like that using velset, hitdef and command.

Make a new state,
On this specific state, add a velset or a velmul that moves your character while the attack is performed.
Restrictions on physics engine can be override if you want, it's completely
Optional and will give you extra features such as a glide, dash, slowdown, etc..
Now, don't forget to add a hitdef to that state and you're done

You need to make a state, which contains the sctrl Velset. Then have the right animation (with a red box which hits the opponent) and a Hitdef.
If you look at Kung Fu man (the standard character) you can easily see how the state works.
Read the docs.
