i remember a while ago someone mentioned  program to allow people to play fighting games via two different controllers as if they were on the same comp but nothing else was on the same comp, not like logme in or anything
the only thing the program does is record the button presses on the other end and trick you comp into thinking its a second controller, does anyone know what im talking about?

You're not talking about joy2key are you?

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

no
here is a little diagram

joypad1     compa
   8|--------[]

;internet
;internet

compb    joypad2
   []--------|8

basically compa and compb have 2 individual programs running on them, the only thing that links them is the controllers
compa thinks compb has compa's joypad2
and compb thinks compa has compb's joypad1

i remember someone saying something about this a while back, if not then i can always program it myself or get someone to do it for me (person already said they would if they had time)

yeah, it's related to joy2key, as in the same coder made it, I don't remember the name of the program, though.
