It's 2009, meaning it's time for this years RS Awards. And hey, we decided to invite you guys for the nominations.

Here's the deal: post 2-5 nominees for each category below. Please try and nominate at least two.Voting will commence shortly afterward, following in the same manner we pretty much always have. Yes, you can nominate yourself, nobody will think you're a dumbass for it. If possible, link to the work.

Remember, don't nominate anything with stolen content unless it's for the year's worst. Company policy.

Nominations will end the 11th. Voting will follow shortly afterward. If you nominated at RS, don't need to do so here. If you noimated at Guild, don't need to at RS.

Newcomer:  Neat Unsou hands down.  HnK patches, awesome characters and stages...what more do I need to say?  Vegeta20XX, as he made awesome SF2 characters and some customs, RajaaBoy for his custom CvS/PotS style characters, DEMAN for his Skullomania, MackX or something for his awesome Hi Res stages...oh, and myself (Luigi-Master) links to my works below

There have been tons of releases of great characters/ stages/ screenpacks/ ect from many new and old creators. Just because you don't make a list, doesn't mean you can whine and complain that you are "mid tier", you just work harder, improve, listen to feedback, and maybe next year you may get a nod. BUT you should be creating stuff for MUGEN for fun and you enjoy doing it, NOT TO BECOME POPULAR! I don't mean to sound harsh, but that's the truth.

To clear things up, I wasn't being all that serious, and being mid-tier is better than being BigSally (had to say it). I know that I'm not all that good, and I don't really care about winning any Mugen contest. That doesn't mean that I won't be happy if I DO win one, just saying.
