Update on atomicbuster's WIPs

not bad but I think the best sprites you could get would be from the arcade version.The sega CD in the ending has pretty good sprites too.
I like your work,I prefer classic fighting games and fighting styles.I already did Guy ripped from arcade sprites but it is incomplete (in coding,not in his sprites).Because as you said,you really need to frankensprite some frames to make him as a real street fighter because his whole set of sprites is limited.I can send it to you if you want to.
I am now building Joe from Power Moves as a classic street fighter.

Believe it or not, those Haggar sprites are from the SNES. I know, I should have started with arcade sprites, but even those need work.

My Guy has coding issues as well, but they should be resolved in about 3 weeks or so. Keep working on Guy, it's worth it. When the sprites you rip are limited, you can get creative.

If you intend Haggar to be ST style (or SSF2), then I suggest either editing the current big portrait, or having me do it, as I know several nuances of Capcom's SSF2 portraits that game them the look that they have.

Oh, yeah, you might want to edit Ultra Gief's cape, as it looks out of place.
