Oooooooor you guys could try not to just write down what you think you hear from video games when you have no idea what it actually means. Especially when you can't write it correctly.

Rising Wind = Shoufuu (can't really think up of a way to make it sound the same as what Wind Rise does)
Straight kick = mae geri (the typical karate front/forward/thrust kick, literally front kick, for the record I think Takuma has such a move as his ground CD in one of the post 2K KoF if you see what I'm talking about, or do you have something different in mind ?)
Wind Chain : Renpuu (literally chain/series of "winds", like several bursts of wind in series) (best I can come up with, anything more literal to what I guess you want would be too damn long, like a whole sentence-long)
Circle : en or maru.
Low : shita (down) or gedan (low level/height)
Straight : massugu (pretty literal...)
High : ue or joudan (up or high level/height)
Hurricane : arashi (storm), ooarashi (raging storm) or taifuu (typhoon). Arashi sounds best IMO.
Evade : kaihi
Wind Hurricane : .... uuh... ? I... Really can't find a way to make it not sound, well... Dumb, as it does in English :S Fuuran for something literal, but it doesn't make a lot of sense.
Aerial wind strike : Kuuchuu fuugeki
Tornado : tatsumaki
Aerial rapid kicks : Kuuchuu renkyaku
Final chain : renzoku no saigo (last of the series, really can't find any other way to put it properly)
Rapid Wind Strikes : Shippuu rengeki (gale + series of strikes) or Jinpuugeki (wind strike that is fast)

For the record, on translations, it's better to put emphasize on the meaning than on how good it sounds in English. The "chain" moves (wind chain and final chain) are pretty much untranslatable.
If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.

K.O.D

Thanks a whole lot for the translations.

Mae Geri : Yeah, it is kind of like takuma's 2k2 CD
Wind Hurricane : Will just make it arashi alone

If you've got any alternatives or suggestions to make them better, i'm all ears.

maybe you can say>

kaze no joni hajaku

But it doesn't even mean anything (not just the sentence, but the words don't even exist - though after looking at it long enough, I think I can figure out which words you're trying to say ; but it's still gramatically wrong). Plus you aren't even pointing out which one you're suggesting this for... And if I'm guessing correctly what you're trying to say, nothing of what KOD wants can be translated like that.
If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.

I'm not completely sure, but I think I might have made a mistake : renkyaku => rengeri.
I'm not too sure, so if anyone around can.... confirm... maybe not...

Yeah except no. Using the pronounciation of your native language doesn't work to romanize Japanese. Plus, it doesn't fit anyway. Hint : hayai - hayaku.

yep
for some reason the romaji-english is not the same of romaji-spanish
the question is...why differets types of romajis? (the japaneses dont have enougth problems with kanjis?)

but is not my fault
i knew about the diferents types of romajis in the yokohama municipality (i can tell you, the "info ladys" remake all the document even she maked in the first time)

Quotewhy differets types of romajis?
Because there aren't different types of romajis... There are some different romanization systems like Hepburn or the one officially in use (mainly with the lengthened o's, alternatively romanized as ou in the Hepburn system, oh in the official one, or oo or ō in some other) but "kaze no you ni hayai" is just that ; I've never seen the Spanish pronounciation in any widely-spread romanization system (which is why I was confused and really couldn't tell what the heck you were trying to write at first).
I still don't see what jukuri and sempuki were.

well maybe im wrong , actually im allways use a "y" like a "y" :P but i was pretty sure in english-romaji use "j"
so then no problem , more easy to me.

but you will check that concept of different tipes of romajis :S
im really had that disadvantage.

trivia:
"kaze no yoni hayaku" was saided for "the samurai" from "justice league".

btw...

As you didn't put a subject in your sentence, I don't know if you're suggesting that I do that - I wouldn't really be sure about that, I know stuff and can read novels but I certainly wouldn't pretend I can give good / developped / insightful lessons about it.
