SnagIt Problem

I don't know why this is happening now, i never had this problem before.

Yesterday when I tried to record a mugen video with SnagIt, for some reason it did not record the in-game audio. I clicked on Record Audio, i checked SnagIt's other configurations, i even went to the Control Panel and check the Sound and Audio Devices configuration, and nothing worked.  :-\

Anyone know what the problem could be?
