Hey, everyone! How do I make a icon for my mugen character
and not make it look buggy during a battle?  :-\

Palette shouldn't be shared, but colors should be represented in the palette, correctly. Other rules pertaining to other sprites, like, pcx, 256colors, etc.. apply as well.
