I really like this char, so yesterday I took some courage and start him.

I'm using 'Silber' instead of 'Silver' because this is his name in Buriki One. Also, sounds moar cool 8)

I need some help about Silber's Unnamed DM.
I don't know what this move does, someone can explain it?

Silber is also a better name because it's actually the German word for Silver.

Cool thing about Silber is that you don't really need accurate data, as he is not that refined in the first place. Wish you luck, give a shout if you need something.

And oh, about his DM, it's for all purposes just a worthless glitch as far as I tested. Go ahead and do your trial.

110 is just close to the weakest move of Vanessa's arsenal if you're taking this in account.

Have you played Buriki One?  Silber was introduced in that game.  See if you can get any ideas from that for custom moves if you want.
