Character Request

[Cecil]

Hi there. I'm posting here because I'm searching for two characters.

Hotaru from Garou Mark of Wolves
and
Red Arcueid from Melty Blood.

So far, all the ones I've found have either been offline or I have been unable to get them working within my MUGEN.
If anyone knows a good place to download these characters, it would be greatly appreciated if you could help me.
Thanks in advance.

Those are the best.
