a small project based on Cyber lizards Giratina, i plan to finish this. he will have all frames, but they won't be too exciting, i just thought i would run this by all of you. he will be released some time after Farah, who i am still trying hard on!

Maybe he's just basing the sprites on Cyberlizard's giratina, which are about the only decent things Cyberlizard's ever made in MUGEN. Sprite itself looks great.
