Future Charlie

So, I'm making a Mugen Full Game called Street Fighter New Blood. Features: New characters, New Systems, New Stages, New Story! It is set after SF4, and most of the veterans are gone.
Guile, Charlie, Cammy, Chun-Li, Dan, Akuma are the remaining veterans.
I have barely done any of the the characters, screenpack etc. So I might aswell focus on one of the characters. So charlie was picked.
Charlie has a totally new design, 1 new move and a deeper voice (lol).

Charlie's Move Set:
Flash Kick (Down, Charge, Up, Kick)
Sonic Boom (Back, Charge, Forward, Punch)
SpinningFlash - Jumps forward spinning at a high speed and then kicks a few moments later. See it on youtube it's a karate move (Back, Charge, Forward, Kick)
Moonsault Slash (Up, UpFwd, Fwd, Kick)

Sorry, however, It's hard typing when it keeps going back to the top of the post.
Anyway, heres more info.
Charlie's charge type moves can be executed Down, Up, Kick when you follow up from a combo-able move. Example : Lp, SonicBoom(EasyExecutable).
Also he keeps his command moves (E.G Back, Punch) from SFA3. Like Knee Bazooka and so on.

np, although it might be abit of an adjustment if your ocdish you might want to try firefox,
also o.0 backwards backflip isnt that a foward flip?

I decided to give him 1 new move as I would be spoiling him.
I don't want to ruin his gameplay. Anyway, the gameplay of the character isnt MVC, CVS or SFA.
It's SF4! Meaning, no super long and easy combos, 2 supers, and a cool voice.
Charlie will have a special intro with Guile and Beat (Not really revealing him).
The only thing I will reveal is that he's a dancy/capoiera type and he's jamaican (

).
Finally, Charlie will do his sonic boom with ease (like Gouken can do a hadouken so easy). So basically, he does his sonic boom different.

@Iced: Everthing you said there is right. He's stronger, Older (about his late 40's) and he's mastered his techiniques to the max.

EDIT: Anyone like the shoes and hair?

Well, I've almost finished the SonicBoom however, I started working on a theme for his stage (Yes I'm a DJ in the making). His stage is basically.... In the Canyon at night, where every 5/3 minutes a Jet flies past. I also forgot to mention that all the characters in SFNB(Street Fighter New Blood) will have a Focus Attack (MP+MK).

1 More thing........ Charlie will have an air type Sonic Boom (and Guile). Hope you guys like this project.

how would be Akuma still there but Ryu n ken dont? did they fight to death? bc Dan is there also..

whats that black line over charlie's eyebrow? a pirat patch stripe? a scar maybe?

and you may want to work in his hair cut, looks like it was chopped in a swords fight

the beard didn´t came out too well, maybe a darker color could do the effect.

I long to see the new characters! oh, since this is after SFIV, will we see Viper, Rufus, or even El fuerte around?

1. I'll change the beard.
2. Ryu and Ken have surpassed Akuma and Akuma was almost killed by Ryu. Akuma enters the competition to train himself. He wants revenge.
3. Charlie has a scar from the explosion in SFA3 where every1 thought he died.
4. The hair is awesome, might change.
5. I'm going to add a poll to see which 2 sf4 characters will be returning.
6. Dan has been taught by Andie (The new shoto character) he has got new moves, new look. Dan is at akuma's level.
7. Actually, I'll add ken and ryu back in the roster.

Dan is not a joke no more. He's pretty much a master of the Soudushen Style (Andie's Style).
