i figured out how to make categories but how to make a page for char list?
and can you post images?

To make a new page simple start a link. like lets say you want to make a ryu page. [[Ryu]] This makes a link on the current page to a page that has yet to be created.

If you mean post pictures as in upload, I currently have that turned off. You can link to other photos though. I turned it off because I didn't want the wiki turning into a photo sharing site.

To show an image that is on the net though, you just need to display the address to the image.

There are other options too.

You could always push the edit button to see what someone else has done.

i did not create pages for each character - i found that unnecessary . Check it out i hope you'll like it

You should enable this at least to register users, if such thing exist because (call me stupid) last time I check I couldn't find a button.

But really, I would rather upload images directly to the wiki instead of uploading them to some other photo site and linking them to the wiki.

No such thing as registered users. If your browser touches the page you are able to edit most areas.

This is why there are no uploading of pics. Besides, you embed youtube, photos, and other stuff right into the page.

following is done started -
Gundam
Eternal Fighter Zero
Lucky Star
Higurashi
some other anime stuff
started Melty Blood that will take quiet some time but than again there is no time limit
also added chars from RPG's to database, since there are quiet collections on that section.

It's not competition, the Elecbyte blog is for development issue, code base, tutorials, etc - a wiki that handles existing creations has a completely different audience.

Yeah there hopefully going to be more tactful then our wiki.

Of course, it would be nice if we had a few technical contributors. The creation area is currently a little bland.

Besides, we need another wiki when they decide to disappear again.  ;D

I also just started allowing picture uploads. So now we won't have so many ugly no-hotlinking pics.

I reckon we need more pages about individual stages and characters, instead of just lumping them into category pages (But we do need categories). Also, maybe a "Featured Article" and a "Did you know?" and a "Moojinz news" type things on the front page might improve the number of visitors and make the place seem active. Particularly the news one.

Stages: I'm not sure if we really need it for the stages.
Characters: I guess so.
Did you Know: Yes.
Featured Article: I mean, it IS a Wiki.

Also, maybe better community things (Wiki's have forums) something that explains how this wiki is different to the other Moojin wikis.

I will be adding a real forum soon, although I can't think of a good reason to do so. I mean there are enough mugen Forums, but if you guys want another, fine then.
