Am i a douchebag or jerk if i release these ? or do i need permission or smth ? they are actually a clone of cybasters lifebars , done by me
You're a douche bag and a jerk for making this topic because you could have personally messaged Cybaster since you're so concerned with permission. And even still, from reading your post, they're just clones and not even actual edits of his actual lifebars. Why on earth would you need permission for something like that?
If they are clones I don't see why the need of asking for permission, just credit Cybaster for the original idea and that should do it. Making this topic wasn't a great idea thought
Just a few notes about the lifebars :- Even though I always post screenshots with them, they're private lifebars not made by me, and never finished (simul mode not made at all).- If anything, you can credit me for the reference pics if you want, but the lifebars were made by Black Dahlia Isis (can't remember if he wanted me tell people they were his or not, whatever). So yeah, credit him.- Why in hell would you need permission to release lifebars you rebuilt yourself from screenshots ?

Fyi, the Guild doesn't do the permission gag. Credit is the proper thing, but you are not forced to do that even. I can tell from your signature that you are used to dealing with a different set of rules.

Normally we make attempts on contacting whomever gain to permission to use whatever but most of the time, that person may be unreachable for whatever reason.
