My final Wips

I havent really contributed anything of value to mugen and my time is becoming more limited. So Ive decided to go ahead and make some Pots style characters for my final public creations. Ill still be working on CFJ2, but those characters wont have individual releases. Here is the planned list:
-Yun(I never released the LA system Yun I made ages ago)
-K'
-Rose
-Elena(needs a run)
-Hotaru
-Remy
-possibly more depending on time

Yun has progress. Rose has most of an sff. If someone makes some of these, Ill move on to another character. Id like to help widen the Pots style roster. I need help with fx, small portraits, and color separaton for Yun. If you want to help, let me know.

Looks/sounds good. Sorry to hear about the limited time window. If you want help, you gotta actively search for it. =P I can give you some suggestions who could help you out. Peeps who always help me out. Froz and Infinite are really good at hi-resing FX. IDK what you mean specifically by the helped needed with that, but just throwing that out there. They're both pretty busy atm though. :-\ 2OS, my mentor/the grandmaster, used to help me out with that too. He's no longer around though. :(

Small ports, JZ does them from what I remember. I personally ask either Hades, Goodaldo, or RikuMasta132/D.Magician. Antagonist hooked me up with a few as well. Color separation... Froz, Infinite, jtp, Girard. Goodaldo can do it too, you'll just have to see if any of them are available. So, you're currently working on Yun? You're doing him first?

Yun is first and he's almost up to specials. I wasn't sure who to ask for that kind of thing. Jz is usually busy too. I can borrow some Fido fx too iirc

I just want to note that Basara is currently working on Rose and K' is a future WIP of his as well.


In terms of FX, you don't need anything for Yun do you? He's a physical fighter, I don't remember him having any FX.
I assume you're more referring to Rose, Hotaru, and Remy. Hotaru would be really nice. I look forward to her.

He has fx on some normals when he steps and a giant dust fx for his level 3 iirc

I might still make Rose since Basara seems pretty busy. I don't remember if Fido made hi res fx for her or not

Hotaru would be using her kof sprites(so would K'). I hope that's ok?

I was planning on using his kof sprite set until the current cvs set gets fixed. It doesn't look as bad as people make it out to be, but I still want to wait.

thanks, man. Does Juni really need separation btw? Iirc, her colors don't prevent palettes like say Yun's does. I'm ok with generic suit changes tbh

yeah, I'm waiting on those sprites too, if you're using his KOF sprites I recommend his 2k3 Sprite Set
I don't think Juni needs much separation, DW released Juli without CS until Froz finished it, and it looked good

Most people seem content with Juli/Juni's basic pal scheme. Myself included. It's not needed, so I say go ahead and roll with it, possibly getting a CS for her later.

Remy, Rose, Fei-Long  (if you're up to it) would be amazing, especially with all the sprites that people have been making for him, such as the focus attack sprites, the runs etc.  Looking forward to these!

I considered Fei-Long since a friend made some dash sprites for me. Id put him above Rose and Remy. Yun is first, then Juni.

About Yun, I chose "make Genei Jin a level 3" because it is really useful for combos.
