Movelist properly said:

Chung lee is 6 button character

Specials:
Blast kick - tap any kick button twice or more.
Spinning bird kick - Hold back (I think 3 seconds) then forward and press any kick button
Neck breaker - Hold back (I think 3 seconds) then forward and press any punch button

Super:
Kick hyper - Hold back 5 seconds,forward,back,forward and press any kick button

I tried Chung Lee, but seems kind of awkward compared to Chun Li. Also, besides the air jump, Chung Lee doesn't have a wall jump like Chun Li has.
There are differences, but he does have the lightning kick super move where he switches the legs.
