Hi, this is my first Mugen stage that I have made and I am releasing it. This stage is from Kof10th Anniversary which is also kof98's middle east stage.

I would like to thank Cybaster for his Stage tutorial, OldGamer for his stage sprites rips video tutorial, but I am using winkawaks to rip instead of nebula, I can't find any nebula emulator that works with kof10th, Koopakoot and Vans for their Art Money Kof tutorial where I could make use of the Y Pos to freeze the character and capture the top part layer of the stage rip.
