i really dont no wat im doing but i saw ppl playing a mugen game with naruto,bleach,street fighter,etc. and it looked like spmething worth playing so i guess i should try it out but im clueless and dont know wat im doing so can u plz help me out ???

There are tutorials on youtube that could help you out. Just type in "How to Install Mugen" in the search bar and you should get some results that should help you out.

I think that is hard  ;D
Just download WinMugen Plus and add your characters.
