AFAIK the owner of this char is the brasilian coder Ex inferis, but cant find his site, seems to be down...

So if he is reading this or any aqcuaitance of him can make him to know I`m just toying with his cyborg 009, nothing too fancy, just tweaking clsn, making him more combo friendly, and added one special...

So I`m asking Ex inferis permission to publish what I have accomplished so far...

The original creator of that 009/Rock Howard edit isn't Ex-stealer.

The original 009 was made by a japanese creator called Hiro. Ex-Stealis just did the conversion from 0101 to 0627 and added a few bugs on the process

I just found 009 in some warehouse, liked the char very much, cause I liked the old anime show, and thought about editing him a litle bit, In the char I found the Read me (leia me, it was in portuguese) made me think that the owner was ex-inferis, my apologies...

Ok Ok, so I better contact Hiro (hope he can use english), show what I' been doing to 009, and if I get his approval, my edit will be hosted in snips or wherever, but not before getting permission from the original owner...

Unlike Other comunities,the mugen people tends to be very "protective" with their works, just the opposite of the Mod database, a pity...my cyber shredder is about a 40 - 50 % ( the one I have in snips is only 25%) BTW

So I guess this 009 cyborg is just for private use, at least for the time being...
