First Character : Joe Yabuki

 Hey there, I'm not really new to mugen. I've just always wanted to try my hand at creating. As a kid I jus grew up watching many anime series. One of my favorites was Ashita No Joe. My first character for mugen will be Joe Yabuki. For the moment I'm just working on his basics. Tell me what you guys think so far. Got any ideas for him? Feel free to share. Any criticism at all? Go ahead and lemme know if I messed up anywhere. Here are some screens on progress.
Gameplay wise, he'll be a 4 button character. LA, MA, HA, and a dodge button.

Looking good, where the sprites come from?

Why don't you go for a more Kof kind of gameplay?

 The sprites come from Joe himself. IN the game Sunday X Magazine, he's a playable character. So I just took some screenshots and edited from there.

lol Ippo would be pretty awesome. I actually have a whole list of projects lined up. After Joe, it'll be:
Ryou Takatsuki - Project ARMS
Shinichi Mechazawa - Cromartie High School
Ban Midou - Get Backers
Recca Hanabishi - Flame of Recca
Hopefully they'll all end up done right.
