Cheap version!  Konami games are hard to rip, and the game uses the zoom effect, what make the things even worse. A lot of "frankenspriting" here.
(Mini bonus: second palette for NGI's Dogma included)

aw man how did i miss this?! thanks much, always thought this was an appropriate final boss stage. nothing but kudos for you managing to rip from a konami fighting game, it's an absolute nightmare ain't it?

and even more thanks for the alt palette for dogma. dunno what NGI did to his sprites but it's really hard to color him lol

Another great old school stage. You really knows how to do it
Yeah, that zoom makes everything harder
