MAME-rr LUA scripts

Since the mame-rr GitHub repo was not maintaining them, I decided to take it upon myself to move development of the mame-rr scripts to its own repo. @[user id=5689]felineki[/user]: has already made some changes to the Nightwarriors hitbox script.

Yep. It might not be apparent at first, but Huitzil's Genocide Vulcan actually does unleash a stream of tiny little bullet projectiles with tiny little hitboxes. The script now reflects this.

It also wasn't detecting the full duration of Might Launcher's explosion. This has also been fixed.
