Fighter Factory

Okay I got Fighter Factory and I've been fiddling around with it. I grabbed the sprite for Colossus and in order to modify it to make him look different I'd have to mod all 500 some odd sprites manually?

no, you would do a new pallette using a pallette editor program, this is more effective than what you are currently doing.

There a tutorial for this thing, it's definitely not something beginners can just jump into

I'd hate to say it, but you are going to have to study up on mugen's docs before you can use it to its full potential.

Other tuitorials help, but remember they only SUPPLEMENT and not replace the reliable info on the docs.

Study what you can or would want to grasp, then experiment. I'd say modify KFM because he is a really good template. Palletes are easy, but everything else takes some work.

No, you don't need to study the Mugen Docs at all to do Palettes,

you simply use a Pallette editing program such as Irfanview, or AdobePhoto shop, you can use fight factory(but i don't recmmend it) there are other programs that are designed for this specifically, while Fighter factory is designed for shortcuts that may 25% of the time or more interupt your character creating process.
