After like a month at tinkering with him he is finally NEAR DONE.
well sorta i deem him 85% complete.

HE NEEDS TWEAKING, cause i did a test match against GRANT, he owned him in 3 moves due to lack of power.

Move List

he has the same Custom M-Combo battle system that i use for all of my chibis.
he has a much more upgraded version of the Elemental Bullet system, that i used ages ago for Zeke (Zeke and Cross don't like each other, THERE IS NO INTRO BETWEEN THEM YET DUE TO ME GOING ON VACATION. TONIGHT)

I DID NOT INCLUDE A READ ME, HOWEVER I WILL POST THE CONTROLS HERE.

X = WEAK COMBO/HIT
Y = STRONG COMBO/HIT
Z = ELEMENTAL BULLET STANCE *

*when your in the elemental bullet stance, time will slow down by half, for EVERYTHING.
during this time you have to press Left, Right, Up, Down, X, Y, or Z, to preform a elemental bullet. of course it requires power from the power guage.

Up = Rising Water
Down = Earth Strike
Forward = Fire Ball
Back = Gale
X = Holy Cross (1guage, 2 max per guage)
Y = Darkness Ball (transparency are incomplete but the move idea is there.)(1guage, 2 max per guage)
Z = Thunder (semi incomplete but you get the idea)(1guage, 2 max per guage)
