If you come across a problematic character then let me know and I can look into it.When I have time I'll release an update to handle the localcoord error, but there might be different problems with other characters.
Sorry for the bump but I have a question.tunglahor thanks for the awesome tool, but it crashes for me all the time it still works though. So my question is, can vselect damage the chars ? like mess them up somehow ? Thanks in advance.
I've had a similar issue after either changing screenpacks or Mugen version. What you want to do is delete everything related to Vselect and it's back up files, download a new one. That, or try to get into the program's settings and manually change settings around until everything seems like it should work right.I don't know if that'll help you but It worked for me.
Yeah, I'm sorry for the stability issues, I know some people experience frequent crashes. It stems from the unusual development platform I used to develop the program (in lieu of a proper compiler I had to use something which I suspect is introducing memory bugs that I can't correct). The program became something much bigger than originally planned and ideally I would recode it from scratch in C++ or something, given the free time.To answer your question no, the character files are never touched. Even the select.def file won't be harmed by a crash (unless it occurs mid-save, which I've never known to happen). The program makes a backup of select.def before each save, so you should always be able to recover it if anything does happen.
If you were to recode it from scratch, I'd highly recommend C# instead of C++. You'd get it done in half the time; it'd almost be no effort.
So, I have a problem with my VSelect. When I open the program after it finishes loading, the program doesn't show up. Is there also gonna be another update for VSelect?
Hmmm... are youre put it just at Mugen folder Or are youre try again? Which WIn you have...I don“t know why it do that, are youre sure youre ARE somewhere MUGEN?

What else youre do?By the way, if youre try use Mugen 1.1 BETA . these orders thinks make mess...Or, just put all nothint to 10 and then split to manual them...Although, if youre have at about 2000 charates that is... well...Why that also just stoped?
So VSelect just stopped working suddenly..After saving my last edits on moving my characters around, it crashed and it won't open anymore...I tried restarting its config by removing mugen.exe and starting it up.I disabled the "Open default motif on startup" and it did open, it can read my character list but when I try to load up the screenpack motif it crashes..I tried seeing if Mugen itself got corrupted but it's opening properly. Can I get help with this?I added a bunch of characters but I wanted to move them to the corresponding rows but now I can't move them.( Yes there's the option of manually positioning them in the select.def but my roster is gigantic. )
