Questions regarding the various Mugens

What is the difference between regular Mugen, Mugen Plus, and the new 1.0 Mugen? I have been out of the loop for a long time now. Thanks a lot everyone.

mugen+ is set on Hi-Res and Mugen 1.0 has new features and fixed bugs.

WinMugen = Have native resolution of 320x240 (Low Res/LR). Frequently crash is a common thing.
MugenPlus = Have native resolution of 320x240 with the exception of the Select Screen resolution (640x480 (Hi Res/HR)). Crash is also bound to happen.
Mugen 1.0 = Have native resolution of 1280x720 (High Definition/HD) and can run .sff2 files (support .png). No more crash and fix a lot of bug/problem.
