Good day gentleman. We, HMT (Juano, BlackJack, Le@n, Resurrecta) present you the second alpha of our project: MK Redemption. We have new characters done since the previous release. Not all features that were forseen for the A2 release are in due to:1) Lack of time2) improvement of the other materials got priority. This will be the final release of MKR: Redemption. We have joined forces with the admin of mkmugenworks.myfreeforum.org to revamp our project in the future with better and cleaner materials. The future of MKR: Redemption will be in "MORTAL KOMBAT 3 MUGEN". It will still have the same dream and similar features, but more cleanly done.Enjoy the last preview Alpha2. Try to list strange bugs.....http://hotfile.com/dl/115777187/6be674a/MKRed.rar.html link1http://www.This link no longer works, sorry/?d=KR2493PT link2We want to thank Fly, Interloko and Ratonmalo for some materials provided.
That menu screen looks really... Um... Bad, you know, with the Impact Bold ALPHA 2.0 up in the corner, and the concrete background. Then again, since this is the final release, it's not really something worth fixing, so long as MK3 MUGEN doesn't have the same type of screen.
you were right about that screen. It was just fast-made for this release. We currently have the actual umk3 menu installed. I'll post screens of that later on.

yes... the second alpha is the final release under the name Redemption.... The project's been renamed and will be released in the future under another name.
I'm excited to see those screens, since most Mortal Kombat projects are handled very poorly, and yours seems to be quite different.
welp, there's not much in terms of gameplay but already you've shown a lot of consideration for how well the engine is handled and the aestheticsi did notice that scorpion's portrait seems to flash upon his spear making contact with the opponentbut once this is finished it's most likely going to be in the category of mk projects that (gasp) don't sucki'm also pretty curious how you managed to do the whole choose your destiny pillar...

When I saw your name, I knew this was promising. I hope to see these implementations in the next release, if you can find the time to do so. Very interesting ideas.

Very interesting ideas.well, there is already a system to have the old versions of the chars, i mean mk1 and mk2 versions, in the ninjas, you onlye need to hold Back + Block during the intro of the first round, some chars has other transformation using Foward + block, and to return to the normal it's Down + blocki hope you like it
Oh, I like it. I trust you to make interesting and quality releases, so me liking it is almost guaranteed. Keep up the good work, Juano/Ressurecta/Rest of your team.
About the whole 'Choose your destiny' and stuff, I'ld contact my fellow countrymen: RatonMalo, on one side, was developing a whole MK new proj and knows a lot about that kinda stuff. Rednavi, on the other, is a whole example of OCD applied to MUGEN to control every single aspect of the gameplay.
