I have to agree with Orochi it doesn't look like a SNK sprite at all. Sorry. You atleast made an attempt though, keep trying. For good examples you should take a look at efex's SNK sprites.
looks nothing like a SNK style sprite...looks even more action figurey than Normal SNK sprites...too fat needs work..much work

@israeldias: I was refering to the changes between the pic in your first post and the pic in the post I quoted. You said it looked more SNK, and you might be right, but to make it truly SNK-style, you should also change the shading.
