Favorite KOF Teams?

[Sinnesloschen]

List your favorite teams to use in different KOF games and why you like them.

KOF 98:

Yashiro: I'm kind of meh as him but his rushdown is too much fun for me to wanna put down. :3
KyoSaisyu: He's got some cool combos and I like his moves. His fireball is too much fun.
Robert: He's a cool cat. I like setting up traps with his fireball and his combos are neat.

[Noside]

KOF 2002

Daimon
Iori
Clark

I'm too lazy to explain, watch GGPO players.

[Duo Solo]

Team Fatal Fury!

[Duos.act]

Mary, Athena, Kula and Elisabeth in whatever combination is available to me depending on the game.

[Warden-San]

In any game I can, my team is usually Vice, Chin, and Terry. Due to shifting rosters I also am prepared to use Yamazaki, Lin, Iori, King, or Kim as substitutes.

In 2k2 UM I use the Masters Team (Heidern, Chin, and Takuma).

[Niitris]

Preset team :
Fatal Fury.

Custom Team :
Any combination of a shoto (usually Athena), a heavy hitter (usually Shen), and a high damage combo character (depends on game, in XIII - Hwa).

[Kirishima]

'03 Hero Team of Ash, Duo Lon, and Shen Woo.

Also any team where Kim Kaphwan is the leader.

[S.D.]

Official teams:
'95: Billy, Eiji, Iori
'96: Geese, Krauser, Mr.Big
2002UM: Jhun, Lin, Shingo

Other than that, my team changes in every game and there's no real science behind it, I just like the characters' movelist, playstyle or mechanics.
94: Japan team.
95: Kyo, Eiji, Iori
96: Krauser, Geese, Kyo
97: Shingo, Kyo, Andy
98: Any combination of Heidern, Brian Battler, Kyo/Kyo 95, Daimon, Chin,
98UM: Any combination of Eiji, Krauser, Geese/EX Geese, Kasumi, EX Yamazaki,
99: Bao, Maxima, Jhun, Syo Kirishima as an assist.
2K: Any combination of Andy, Lin, Jhun, Seth, Kyo, Another Iori.
2K1: Any combination of Lin, Foxy, Heidern, K9999, Andy, Takuma, Angel, May Lee.
2002: Any combination of Kyo, Andy, Takuma, May Lee.
2002UM: ...Damn there's way too many combinations so uh, pretty much any combination of the characters I've mentioned before but to be honest I try to always have Lin and Jhun in my team.
2003: Hero team.
XI: Any combination of Adelheid, Hayate, Oswald, Jyazu, Silber, Gai, EX Kyo, Geese.
XII: Iori, Duolon, Chin
XIII: Duolon, Kyo, Chin

Edit: NW is the same as 2002. + Jhun.
Not worth mentioning: EX series, MI series.

[Jmorphman]

Joe, Kyo (rekka-only, not fireball), and Vice/Terry, depending on the specific game. Substitutes are Kim, Blue Mary, and Mature.

[Insigniawarfare]

King, Hwa Jai, Andy, Nests Kyo, Kensou, and Joe
as a replacement if Hwa Jai not in one of the kof games.
I would mix them up from time to time.

[Xhominid]

Mai
Kula
K'(or Yuri)

Come at me bro!

[Bastard Mami]

I play with about half the roster mostly because I never got to like 2k3 soI fell behind with it's new characters.

[Roman55]

Lin, Terry, Iori, King.

The latter three I use a lot for obvious reasons, but one (usually King) is dropped for Lin in the games where he appears.

[QuickFist]

Fire users:
Kyo
Iori
K'

[mh777]

Sticking primarily with my main/favorite games in the series:
96: Fatal Fury Team
98: Kyo, Saisyu, Terry
99: King, Kasumi, Takuma, Andy
2000: King, Kasumi, Takuma, Ralf
2002: Billy, Ralf, Kyo

[Zemilia]

Official Teams (for most KOF installments)

Depending on the games, I would use Kusanagi, Kyo (NEST days), Iori, Ryo, Robert, Takuma, Athena, Yuri, Terry, Orochi Chris, Orochi Yashiro, Ralf, K', Ash (in 2003, not XIII for some reason), King, Kim, Vanessa, and Shingo.
