I tested him out and it seems like that his hyper combo the Putsun Ora has a bug. Well, after he finishes his rapid-punching, the enemy isn't stunned for the final blow and when Star is about to land the final blow, he can be attacked by his enemy. And when this happens, his "Ora-ora-ora-ora-ora" voice will be locked and played continously until Star do something that says the same "ora-ora-ora" again.
Just reporting this bug. Though it's simple, it's bit of annoying.
Other than that, i got nothing to report.

Feedback:

• The Forward & backward dash makes the opponent block initiate

• Much like Duracelleur's original version of this what is the point of the D,DB,B, x,y,or z attack. It's not unavoidable, (Which would make some sense due to it's startup time), It has -28 frame advantage, It's not overhead, It's just a really unsafe, unpractical attack. (I know Star platinum had this attack in source but without jotaro it's pointless)
• D,DF,F x+y, x+z, or y+z does 242 in chip damage for a attack that does 379 damage on hit
• Crouching while dashing
• You can't do the super jump through inputting D,U, anytime (Unlike it's other command a+b+c)
• If you do D,DF,F, x,y, or z in the air fast enough you can stay floating up there
• If you jump into the D,DF,F x+y, x+z, or y+z super and get hit you can recover when Star platinum does the last punch

• D,DF,F, a,b, or c makes the opponent recover to fast ("fall.recovertime =" in the hitdef is your friend) and also it doesn't chain up well with the a,b,c 123 combo (Which it should)

• BTW guys I'm not stupid I know when your creation is mugen 1.0 and when it's not. See this little red x here (Taken from FF3)
  
  That means there are syntax errors in your character
  
  and if you know how to properly make a character mugen 1.0 (Or any version of a mugen character even if it's winmugen) the little error console will give you this
  
  
• No in air version of the D,DF,F x+y, x+z, or y+z super it would of made sense
• The grab makes the camera go up for some reason
• Lack of startup time on the "the world" super (Have you even played with dio brando before have have seen a video of the character because the "the world" super should have a long start up time)

It's surely better that Duracelleur's version any day of the week but there are still some problems with it (And if you don't have fighter factory 3 I recommend you to download it)
