What are the best Sonic The Hedgehog characters out there? (Specifically GBA sprites)

I'm just wondering if there are any good, accurate or at least balanced characters out there such as like a plain Knuckles or Tails from the GBA games.
Look Sonic by Tetsuo9999, is the best one with GBA sprites out there (offline, I guess), also the full game Sonic Battle ME by Cyanide (online)

Does this kyko character exist, if so who's the author or better yet where can I get her?


Also, is there an MVC ryu that could do a complete change? You know, that move where he turns into Dan, Gouki or Ken? I just got curious and it would be awesome if I have that in my roster.

For Gambit, Luvly Angel or Camrat. Angel's has a little bit of custom stuff (his QCB+2P grab super), and does have Cajun Explosion, whereas Camrat's only has Royal Flush for a super. Both are good though.

Luvly Angel's I think is offline, not sure about Camrat's (Mugenhistory used to host it).

Thanks, I have found Luv old site and Gambit was still there. They have a Chun too, but it's off line.
Any recomendation for a good VS Chunli??? Whitemagic site seems to be offline...

While going through some OLD pics on my HD, I found this pic of a "SF3 KFM" using an Aegis Reflector that I found on a database in 2007 (I think it was MGBR's), that listed it as by Chotto-Komaru, but I had no luck getting it. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything at all about this one.

What stage is that and by who?

The nearest thing to a MVC "Complete Change" Ryu is RyuGGN....and last time I checked it can be found on Esnips....Although, I don't recall Ryu switching to Dans moves ever....wouldn't that be kind of like a downgrade in skill? :P
