Small Update mostly bugfix

Fixed infinite priority on attacks
Hitsparks no longer linger in Time Flux
Fixed Pinball persistence problem
-- Now hits fallen enemy
Made a serparate CMD for harder AI
Increased the volume of some sounds
Tele Kick no longer loops on highjump enabled stages.

Well here he in all of his odd glory, my second character, Time Flux Sonic.

The Readme said:

The up direction acts as a teleport move, use to dodge
attacks, MVC2 style punches and kicks.

You can dash back and forward using the standard way
or by pushing "c" to hop back and holding forward and
pushing "c".

5 optional 6 button character, 6 hyper moves.

Buttons are as follows
    x = Punch
    y = Kick
    z = Hyper move operator/Power Charge
    a = Sonic (1-3)
    b = Time Flux
    c = Run/Back hop

Quite a fun character, original indeed\

Although for time flux distortion you need much better sounds to make it look more powerful

the captain punch and dinosaurs move was my favorite. Just out of curiousity, why are some of the Hyper Combos commands different? For example x, x, F, b, z.

Also, for a hyper move idea, let Sonic transform into that stupid werehog, put his opponent in his mouth and shake him like a dog with a chew toy. To make it even funnier, make the opponent scream like someone getting hurt in old style cartoons. Im sorry, its the best I could come up with at the moment...

Because x, x, F, a, z (no specific reason for this exact combination ::)) wouldn't work right with Sonic and I love those type of commands ;P

No on the werehog, i'd have to sprite it, >_> my spriteing from scratch skills suck. I nvr heard of Sonic Pocket Adventure, i'll look into it.
