Here he is, ST-styled Geese Howard. I replaced the Real Bout Special Reppuken/Shippuken sprites I was using with Fatal Fury 3/Real Bout 1 sprites.

-His default pallete is too dark
-I'm pretty sure his Raising Storm isn't a QCFx2, but yeah.
-XI voice? BLECH
+Jaei Ken, whic isn't a bad inclusion.
+Nice use of FF3 Reppukens
-Portrait is BLECH.Needs fixing.

You kinda need to try harder. I can't tell if its velocities and such are SF2 accurate. Well, it is a 6-button FFS Geese, so I'll let that slide.
There was a sig here. Its gone now (thanks photobucket ya fecks)

Look at some other ST characters. A good number of the male characters have palettes that vary greatly in color (Guile is the PERFECT example of this).

It's to fit with the usual ST super motions.

Was thinking of changing to FF3/RB1 voice samples, but was a bit pressed for time (will change next release).

I busted my ass over that portrait, making the shading ST-accurate and everything. I'm going to have a hard time changing it to something better (better = looks good next to other ST portraits).

Hard to make vels and animtimes accurate when the character in question when the character was never in the source game in the first place.

Point made, but it would be nice to have a slightly brigter, more classic-esque palette

Its jus tnot the same without the Pretzel. Maybe make it an alternate motion?

To me it looks quite off. Some of the darker bits of skin could be made slightly darker. THink of Ryu's portrait.

You know, you've got me there.

Also: This is an edit of MASA's Geese. I noticed you forgot to remove the attack where he whacks you into the foreground,  making you bleed.

Well, I can't do the Pretzel on a keyboard.

Well, I just have to find that one and get rid of it.

  • Sucks to your Numerology!
I can do the pretzel on a keyboard betteer than with a joystick, but I am okay with the new motion.  Just make the pretzel motion an alternate way to do it, and make people happy.

Now you can never unsee it.
