I can help pasting the separation into some of Ryu's sprites as long as someone gives me the Ryu palette that includes the separation colors along with the rest of the colors from the sff, of course.
I'm not sure what you mean by along with the rest of the colors from the sff? If you mean colors for things like fireballs and such those will not be in the same palette with Ryu's colors.

You can just separate the sprites and make a whole new palette and that's the palette we'll use just for Ryu's sprites. The only other colors I guess you'd need to add are his electrocution colors?

Alright, ignore what I said.

I mean, the separated Ken sprites will help to separate the belt, the gi bottom and the gloves, right? But I saw it's planned to separate some other stuff like his hair since the original sprites share the hair colors with the skin, so it doesn't matter if I make a new palette now with those colors shared?

Right. Anything you may do now, even if incomplete, will speed up the process. :)

Okay @SageHarpuiaJDJ: Take a Ryu sprite

Take one of JMM's Ken sprites

Remove Ken's hair, eyes, skin, eyebrows

Copy that and paste it over Ryu

Just like that you are finished with the gi and gloves. POTS already CSed Ryu's eyes and hair so you can do the same for most of them too.

This should make doing most of Ryu's CS much easier because he and Ken share so many frames.

You could automate the Ken purging process so that only the clothing is left so you wouldn't have to manually remove him each time. If you are familiar with batch processes.

Okay. Sounds easy enough. I'll get to it then.
