I read that there is a tool that can greatly improve the i.a of characters who do not have just, make them more aggressive and attack more. I think it is called Automatic AI Generator for MUGEN.
I'm looking for something like that since I have several very good chars but they don't have just i.a, you know if this is the best there is automatic, and I was told there are improved versions. Does anyone have any?
