A stage Toaster and I made with our friend Genesis as a small collaboration since we kind of needed a bit of assistance with our ideas at the time.
 
Credit goes to Cirio for the base sprites (recoloring done by Genesis), Ryon for the fog sprites and Master Swordsman for the snow sprites.
 
Winmugen and 1.0 compatible, no highjump, animated.

That fog and snow doesnt fit togheter try to blurry the snow sprites and add transparency also snow fall too fast imo.

Also i think you mean "Custom" rater than an "Edit" no? since you code it all no?

With that much snow coming down, I think you could edit the tree, and some of the rocks to look like they have snow on them

Necrobump, but I had to post.
Awesome work on this stage. One suggestion is I'd love to see the snow behind the tree(s). Mainly the one on the right.
I think it might help with the difference in speed between the fog and the falling snow.
