Character Sounds Not Playing.

Hello Everyone.

So I'm new to mugen and I'm practicing editing characters. I do this by simply replacing the sound in the character file in Mugen Fighter Factory and then replace them with a new sound that I got from this website: https://www.sounds-resource.com/

Everytime that I did this, It worked perfectly fine, until now.

So I was editing Cream The Rabbit by Gladiacloud which can be found here: https://BLACKLISTED WEBSITE.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=184319-cream-the-rabbit-ai-hotfix-gladiacloud-bobafett

I was editing her sound files so that the voice clips can be from Sonic Riders Zero Gravity which I downloaded here: https://www.sounds-resource.com/wii/sonicriderszerogravity/sound/38208/

I put the sounds into the sounds into the character and then went to tested it out and notice that they weren't playing. When I went back to Fighter Factory to see what was wrong. At first, nothing was wrong, I was playing the audio in fighter factory and it was playing just fine. but then I notice this:

Normally there would be numbers here, but after I inserted the new audio file, all of the numbers here have changed to zeros.

Can somebody help me with this? I check to make sure I was using WAV files like this website was telling me to do and the new audio files were WAV files.

Shame on you!

I've had some very bad luck with FF3's sound management. If the file isn't corrupt, you might have some luck, but I'd redownload the character as a backup.
If you've added a bunch of sounds, Hopefully you added them to the end. If everything is labeled incorrectly, MAYBE deleting the new, bad, sound will help revert everything back to normal.
But more than likely you'll have to start over.

Thanks for the help. For some reason the image that is showing the error that I'm having is not showing up. So I will explain it to you. If you go to the character's sound file, there would be numbers below the box where you can add or change a sound from the character. In my situation, all of the numbers in that area such as the channels, sample rate, bits per sample, and duration are all at zeroes.

Did this help explain the situation that I'm having?
